Questions we get asked.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Many customers give us access arrangements and go about their day. We agree how we get in, and how we lock up, before the first visit.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes for residential work, and the products are eco-conscious as standard. For offices you can choose: €25 per hour if we use your products, €30 per hour if we bring ours.
How accurate is the price on the website?
The figures shown are estimates based on bedroom count, which is a good guide for most properties. Unusually large rooms, heavy build-up or extra bathrooms can change it. We confirm the final price before any work starts, never after.
What areas do you cover?
Dublin and the surrounding areas. If you are just outside the areas listed on the site, ask anyway — we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days is usually enough for a standard clean. End-of-tenancy cleans around month-end book up faster, so give as much notice as you can.
